SafePath was being integrated into Verizon’s Smart Family ecosystem at scale.
The challenge was enforcing consistency across hundreds of screens under strict client standards.
I led design reviews, refined in-progress work and ensured alignment between product, engineering and client expectations while supporting ongoing feature requests.

As the main product scaled, I noticed icon inconsistencies creating long-term risks: some icons lacked full variants (outline, duotone, filled), making reuse and maintenance harder across the system.
